When start cmder I get this issue:

Any idea how fix?

For now, disabled update function has solved this issue.

I've seen this message yesterday, but it did not show up after I restart Cmder. No idea why.
Thought it was either a network error, or a local file missing. I think this file is for updating purpose.

It looks like you were struggling to access the conemu update server, disabling the updater shouldn't be an issue since you get the updates with cmder updates.
