What about Chocolatey http://chocolatey.org/ ? Not sure if its the same style of package manager you're looking for, but its pretty expansive and works well in my experience. Its based on nuget (.net package manager) |
Just to point out for the unaware, If you can, just drop to unrestricted for scripts you are aware of and trust. Leaving it set remotesigned is pretty safe. |

I'm closing this as I would prefer cmder to not force a package manager on the user, if you want to use chocolatey .etc, install that as you would normally. |
Scoop package manager could be a great addition to Cmder.
I really like the spirit of portability.
