Issue Description:
In the provided dataset for high-resolution sample snapshots, there is a discrepancy between the number of feature nodes and the number of positional nodes. Specifically, the number of nodes representing positional information differs from the number of nodes representing features.

Clarification Needed:

  • It's unclear why there is a difference in the count of feature nodes and positional nodes.
  • Additionally, in the low-resolution snapshots, there appears to be a mismatch in the sizes of data.x and data.y.
