Very slow autocompletion performance on VSCode.

Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone else is having similar issues where the TypeScript autocompletion in VSCode is very slow and makes my CPU usage spike? I made an issue before in the official TypeScript repository and just commented on it.

I am not quite sure why this is happening but it is quite frustrating, thanks a lot.

This has something to do with a combination of libraries (react-hook-form & zod) according to this issue.
