DOC: New maintainer

Suggestions for improving the docs in regards to new maintainers and the bot:

  • "Pushing to regro-cf-autotick-bot branch" is maybe a bit obscure to new maintainers.

Hi @westurner! Thanks for the feedback. I agree that this part of the documentation could benefit from extension and clarification. We e.g. do not have a dedicated section on the PR bot yet. If you are interested in contributing, we would be of course very happy to help! 👍

Hi @westurner, I have opened a PR making the changes as you suggested for "Pushing to regro-cf-autotick-bot branch" section here, please take a look at it and let me know how I can improve it. :)
Also, are there any specific sections in "Contributing packages" and "Maintaining Packages" sections which you find confusing? Please, let me know about those, I will be happy to work on those section to improve them.
