Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It is not related to an issue, I guess... There is no option to install for all users on the installer. So, there is no admin installation solution.
When I install nvm-windows, there is no option to install it for all users. With chocolatey install, I can do it and it installs to "%PROGRAMDATA%\nvm" and copy NVM_HOME and NVM_SYMLINK to machine's global environment variables. However, I prefer a solution that installer does that, instead of additional scripting.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add an option to install for all users, with installation path "NVM_HOME=%PROGRAMDATA%\nvm", and with only adding NVM_HOME and NVM_SYMLINK to machine's global environment variables.
Don't forget to add installer arguments for that, in order to support silent installations with winget.
(I want to help, but don't know where to start.)
Describe alternatives you've considered
Nope...
Additional context
Nope...
