The limit seems wrong

mat_res_ = torch.clamp(mat_res_, min=-output_max, max=output_max)

The limit here is the maximum current possible for a single memristor. But the elements of mat_res are the sum of currents for an entire column of memristors. I think this limit is not correct.
Also, Why is this limit applied? And is there any place where the output currents are converted to voltages to be fed into the next layer?
