Release v0.44.1 with --home flag fixed #10157

Out test environment relies on the ability to specify --home flag which is broken in Cosmos v0.43 and v0.44.

The issue was fixed in #10104.

Could you please release a new version containing the fix?

No need to create an issue for this. I would recommend asking in the discord channel (cc @clevinson) when the next 0.44 release will be made.

Note, v0.43.x is discontinued -- it's replaced by v0.44.x ;-)

Here is the backport PR: #10158 (review)

This will need to be merged before we cut the next 0.44.x point release @robert-zaremba
