Could also document it as a post-deploy manual step.

Need to create a template generator. This should probably be modeled on whatever we decide to do with GCP.

Actually, port situation seems ok. We'll set it to VirtualNetwork for local configs and leave it open for development/XDCR. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-network/virtual-networks-nsg#default-tags
