[5.x]: Dragging a source item to the top should scroll the area

What happened?

Description

When I scroll an item in the sidebar organising view, when I try to move an item from the bottom to the top, I have to drop it half way, then scroll up then pick up the item to continue moving. It would be good if the scrollable area automatically scrolled up slowly when the dragged item reaches the top of the viewable area.
