What happened?

Description

See below, where the use of the Eszett character in German should be converted to 'ss' in slugs.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Make an entry with the Eszett (ß) in the title
  2. Notice how this character is being used in the slug

Expected behavior

This should be converted to 'ss'

Hi, thanks for reaching out! To achieve this, you need to set the limitAutoSlugsToAscii set to true in your config/general.php (or via CRAFT_LIMIT_AUTO_SLUGS_TO_ASCII environment variable).
Please note that this only affects the JavaScript auto-generated slugs. Non-ASCII characters can still be used in slugs if entered manually.
