Special quests with item pre-reqs

There are quests throughout Azeroth that are easy to accomplish, as long as you have the item required. These items are generally ones you cannot typically just find throughout the world. Sometimes it is much easier to purchase them from another player or the AH.

Thus, a guide review should take place to introduce these quests, if they are not included already, and make them optional, given the player has the item to complete it. In addition, referencing the last city the player was in immediately prior to the quests in question, steps/notes should be added to purchase the item, if the player wishes to.
