Durotar level check

Before heading to RazorHill on the Durotar 1-12 profile, make a check to make sure the player has reached level 6 before heading to razor hill. Perhaps "Grind towards Razor Hill. Make sure to reach level 6 before you get there" ?
Level 6 is needed for the quest "Enroachment" which you pick up while in RH (along with training for level 6 - unless you're a mage, in which case that is down south in Sen'Jin)
