FireFox & IE11 jerky vertical Scroll issue

Hi,

I have already saw this opened Issue #577, but there is written, that this Problem is resolved in version 5.1.3. I have newest version of Iscroll 2017, but I have still this Problem. I tested this on Mac & Windows FireFox browser size 360:640 and there is scroll with touch very smooth and everything works perfect, but on Android: Samsung Galaxy S5 also Samsung J5 with the newest version Mozilla is Scroll jerky and slow. IE11 has already same Problem.

I can not understand, where the Problem is. Please help me to fix this Problem.

We also experience issues with firefox. The iScroll5 simple demo http://lab.cubiq.org/iscroll5/demos/simple/ constantly does repaints in firefox when scrolling, while chrome or safari, for example, don't.

but hier is also very Important, that I in Firefox Desktop Browser, in Dev-Tools Mobile Test have no this issue. This is only real Mobile devices. but cann't understand WHY? Can anyone help to fix this Problem?

It seems most Android devices have this issue, while none of the devices I own have this issue, It turned out during our marketing efforts and kind of ruined it all
