UTF8 from html generator not displayed correctly on chrome or firefox

Meta tag needs to be:

meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"

not

meta content="text/html;charset=utf-8"

The last works only in MSIE, the first works in all 3 browsers.
