We should implement some basic metrics to monitor the rough volumes, locations and performance of predictions before the initial release/launch.

Miscellaneous thoughts:
Complication: We probably want to record 100 hourly predictions as one event, but they're submitted separately to the API.
We could use Google Analytics, perhaps? Though then only cooperating clients will generate events.
Postgres is probably sufficiently fast.
