Why doesn't work this websites?

Never work:

Sometimes work:

https://pravda.ru
https://topcor.ru

Xiaomi Poco C40.
Android 11.
IPv6 off, disabled.
Mobile operator MTS Russia.

This is probably due to the tcp split function. Use version 2.1.2.

For now, I dig the 2.1.2 version.
By the way, if I share the Internet with v2.8 to PC and pass the traffic through the GoodbyeDPI then all sites work.
What's happening? Why does GoodbyeDPI allow to open sites although the TCP was split?

Nfqttl tcp has a different packet splitting mechanism, if the packet already has a gbd split then nfqttl does not do the splitting.
