1.9.1: Missing jobs search by tags

What's the issue?

The job search by tags introduced in 1.8.13 disappeared in 1.9.1

What did you expect to happen?

Having the possibility to filter jobs view using tag.

How to reproduce?

Go to the Jobs view and click on button filter, the tag disappeared.
