formset.js no template bug #6

If you do not specify a template for the formset, it just clones the last form in the group. In this case, adding a new "remove" button is REDUNDANT.

On the other hand, the behavior of the cloned "remove" button removes the wrong form.

Either both these problems should be fixed or specifying a template should be required.
