cannot create watch for system table

Hello,
I start incrond with this rule :
/usr/local/share/nautilus/produits/htm/.EnAttente IN_CLOSE_WRITE,IN_MODIFY,IN_MOVE_TO /usr/local/share/nautilus/bin/majEnAttente.sh $@
when I look at the log, I get
localhost incrond[59468]: cannot create watch for system table EnAttente: (13) Permission denied,
would you tell me which is the path whose Permission is denied.
