channel shifting when creating MF4 file

I want to find the way dealing with bit offset. Then I follow the code in function test_not_aligned_mdf_v4 from test_endianess

After channel s3 and channel s4 were shifted, but the original data is still in data

how to remove the original data after the shifting ? Or is there has other way to create the channel share a part of sample data with other channel ?
