rename cdk.json to cdk.json.template to avoid merging issues

Is your idea related to a problem? Please describe.
When there are changes in the cdk.json template in the main repository, I am afraid that merges with the upstream code might result in overwriting my configured cdk.json

Describe the solution you'd like
An easy way to avoid this would be to rename the provided cdk.json to something like cdk.json.template
