Problem statement

The Databricks Python SDK is experimental. This dependency caused stability issues multiple times.

Proposed Solution

By adding an upper limit for the Databricks Python SDK dependency, we prevent users from installing the latest SDK version before we verified that version. Dependabot will pick up new versions automatically, automating most of the process
