#3172: Help panel: some elements are not rendered properly

v1.22.2

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a table
2. Add all types of viewers
3. For each viewer check the help panel

Expected results: all elements in the help panel should be rendered.
Actual results: looks like some formatting is not properly rendered. For example:

Please check this for all viewers types (and other places where such panel is applicalble)
