#3208: Hamburger icon in the column header does not disappear when cursor is no longer in the header in some cases

Steps to reproduce:

1. Hover some column header > hamburger icon appears on hover
2. Move cursor up to the menu

Expected results: hamburger icon should disappear when cursor is no longer in the header.
Actual results: hamburger icon does no disappear in some cases:

Note: in grok this is a barely noticeable issue. However in a custom NX application hamburger icon is still displayed on switching to a custom page.
