#3212: Resetting filters unexpectedly resets selection if PC plot with transformation is present

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a table
2. Open filters panel
3. Add a PC plot
4. Configure some transformation in PC plot
5. Select some rows in the table
6. Click 'reset filters' button in filters panel

Expected results: filters should be reset, selection should not be reset.
Actual results: resetting filters is also resetting selection if PC plot with transformation is present.

Applying filters also resets selection in some cases if there is a PC plot with transformation.
