You have a bug in this line of code:

rsvpmaker/rsvpmaker-admin.php

Line 2897 in 7789d49

if(isset($_GET['page']) && ($_GET['page'] ='rsvp_reminders'))

it should be

if(isset($_GET['page']) && ($_GET['page'] =='rsvp_reminders'))
