Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Sometimes some issues may appear after updating the version, but this may be a breaking change and the user may not be aware of it. It is unrealistic to check the changelog for every update.

Describe the solution you'd like

Show the changelog URL.

If Have some breaking changes, also show it.
