• I believe this is a new bug in dbt-snowflake
• I have searched the existing issues, and I could not find an existing issue for this bug

Current Behavior

1.3.1 is tagged as latest

Expected Behavior

1.4.2 is tagged as latest

Steps To Reproduce

1. Look at https://github.com/dbt-labs/dbt-snowflake/releases
2. See latest next to 1.3.1 (as I type this on the 13th of April.)
