在 Windows10，Node 18.18.0，@vue/cli 5.0.8环境下，使用命令行创建的初始项目可以运行，但是一旦重新下载或者换一个电脑同样的环境，运行报错 #5217

下载没有问题，但是一旦进行运行：npm run dev:mp-weixin，就会报如下图的错误：
