Translation of ATAK_User_Guide.pdf into Polish.

Hello to the entire AndroidTacticalAssaultKit-CIV community - I send greetings from "Giant Mountains" in Poland
I have initiated a translation of the manual into Polish on my social media:

My goal is to promote the application in Polish society in the era of increasingly growing threats (the recent flood, fires, missing persons and especially the threat on NATO's eastern flank from the Russian Federation). I decided to start by translating a ATAK_User_Guide.pdf for Polish civil defense.

I noticed that in the Google Play Store there is a version of the app - 5.2.0.8:

Here in the repository we have the release - 4.6.0.5 from 2023-04-08, which I noticed thanks to the date of the ATAK_User_Guide.pdf in the application from 2024-07-18.

I signed the DCO:
https://github.com/BLOX-Blue-Liquid-Oxygen/AndroidTacticalAssaultKit-CIV/blob/master/CONTRIBUTORS.md, and decided to submit my first contribution by updating ATAK_User_Guide.pdf with the file from the latest version of the app from the Play Store.
