s905x4 built-in PHY (100M) not detected, no eth0

Hello,
I have an android box with 2GB of RAM, based on s905x4 SoC, LAN based on built-in PHY (no external PHY is used)
When I try to run latest image I see no eth interface (haven't tested older images yet). Have tested with all s905x4 dtbs, none worked.
Any clues? Let me know what else can I check/change to make it work. As a hint I can tell it works without any problems under CoreELEC distro.

Thanks for prompt response. Let me know if I can help somehow to speed up the process of adding support for this built-in PHY. Maybe you can give me some clues how to add this on my own?

could you check this archive to see if something can be useful for adding built-in PHY support? If you find time I'll be really gratefull to get slight guidance how to solve this. Is it related to some drivers source code or just some changes in dts/dtsi files?

These are old DTB's from some vendor kernel (where did you get these?). They will not work for a mainline kernel.

Further, the problem is not in the DTB. The clock driver I use is an old, forward ported, 4.9 vendor kernel clock driver. For some reason that driver is missing a clock (IIRC CLKID_MPLL2) needed for 100M ethernet. So all you have to do is find a clock driver from a newer vendor kernel and forward port that to mainline.

I am in the process of replacing all old SC2 code with newer (mainline combined with 5.15 Vendor) versions. This takes a lot of time. So if you could provide the newer clock driver, that would be great!
