My ram is getting eaten up pretty fast, 25 gb got eaten up. How much ram do I need?

default setting using
per_process_gpu_memory_fraction=calc_gpu_fraction(FLAGS.gpu_fraction)
which is 1(total GPU mem)

try use gpu_options = tf.GPUOptions(allow_growth=True)
