Describe the solution you'd like
We need to release a new WMAgent stable version in Mar/2024, so this issue is meant to keep track of the full validation activity to be carried out in the first weeks of March, once we have a final 2.3.3 tag.

In addition to the validation results, WMAgent release notes and the validation check-list twiki need to be created as well.

WMAgent release 2.3.2.rc4 plus patches has been validated and everything seems to be working as expected. Tests and results have been tracked in this twiki.

We still have to cut the final release, but I see a few more developments already in the pipeline (from the T0 team), so we might just wait for that.

In addition, I have not validated anything regarding partial pileup - the WorkflowUpdater component - as that validation is supposed to happen with this ticket: #11736
