[BUG] When trying to do autocomplete with docker compose, it doesn't work at all

Upon doing this no file names get registered

Seems this is a duplicae for #9941

Since this is a duplicate (and 23.01 has shipped with support for Cobra V2 completions + there's this pr to fix bash completions for docker compose -f<TAB> in the old completion scripts), I'll close this.
