Sourcelink location is confusing

The README has link under the "Cameron Taggart" section pointing to https://github.com/ctaggart/SourceLink but the project now seems to live under the "dotnet" org in https://github.com/dotnet/sourcelink/ which suggests the link should be changed to that, and moved under the "Microsoft" section.

@adamralph I guess it is even more confusing that the original SourceLink project is still being updated, even though it exists as a project under the dotnet Organisation.

Perhaps @ctaggart can help to explain why that is, and whether the readme should be updated.

The readme should be updated to point the new home in https://github.com/dotnet/sourcelink. Even though there isn't a stable release published yet, it is the recommended version to use. The only thing left in ctaggart/SourcLink is the sourcelink executable that can be used to check and validate the source link information.
