While running the UI test cases for Windows, we encountered some XAML binding failures in the HostApp, as well as an "object not found" exception when clicking on items in the list. We have confirmed that this occurs in both debug and release modes. Due to this issue we get an OpenQA.Selenium.WebDriverException while running the automation using VS Preview.

This issue is present in the latest source from the main branch, but it does not occur in the older sourceImage
