[Feature request] Update the frontmatter title acconding to the filename

I'd like to have an option to include the frontmatter title property in the sync.

In the specific, I'd like to have the frontmatter title property in sync with the heading. This would make Obsidian to behave like Notable.

If the frontmatter doesn't exists, then the obsidian-filename-heading-sync plugin should create a new one.

It would be great if this plugin can sync frontmatter title, filename, and heading all in sync.
