According to documentation the charges set on the appointment type should override the charges set at practitioner level.
However, the system is still applying the practitioner charges while expected behaviour is to applyh appoitnment type charges
I tried to remove charge from practitioner to work around the issue but this throws an error.
In the example below practiotioner charges of 1000 are applied instead of the one set at appointmen type (500000)
