once there is a new release of lsp4j
we need to

  • adopt bom
  • adopt target platforms
  • adopt manifest version ranges
  • pot. adopt code

as you can see lsp4j 0.24.0 is not released yet. so there is no actionable task here

OOh, @cdietrich I was under the impression that the script was to be written prior to the release of lsp4j 0.24.0 but i was wrong. I guess we'll have to wait then.
