OpenVSX server Dockerfile

Hello,

I'm trying to deploy OpenVSX on K8s. I will have to modify the server part to customize who can publish extensions and also remove the dependency for the json file for malicious extensions which currently is read for the public github. Can you please share the Dockerfile you are using to create the image for the server v0.20.0?
