When I used IE 11 on my computer I didn't find any issues on rana-demo.
I tried IE 8-11 at https://www.browserstack.com/ I only had trouble with IE8 (the site didn't load at all). I suspect the missing scrollbar problem Dede had is not a general IE issue.

Without access to Dede's computer, we won't be able to resolve the the scrollbar problem with confidence. These are a few possible causes:
