Feedback from Kathryn Ronnenberg. Nathan, can you take a look at this one? Sorry, I think you are the only one with IE11 access at this point. We need to find a way to get testing and debugging on a wider browser stack.

I can't reproduce the issue. I think it is likely that Kathryn is not logged in or that she is logged into an account different from the one that created the study/reports. If that is in fact the issue, we may be able to avoid it in the future by disabling the links rather than hiding them and displaying a message that tells users they need to log in or don't have permission when they try to click the disabled links.
