When trying to apply https://github.com/edx/terraform/pull/6285 I'm getting 403 permission errors. I want to double check that we're using the correct key but I do not have permission to see it in vault. I'd like someone on SRE to confirm that the key in the vault is the same one associated with the account that should have permissions to create the ACLs.

The key is in Vault-tools > kv > confluent > stage > key. It should begin with DQST
