If you review a service in the service catalog (lms example in DD), you'll see a "Service Info" button toward top-right. See screenshot.

This includes some setup guidance, as details below:

Notes/Questions:

  • Would any of these items incur additional cost, and are needed for the contract?
    • Answer: I don't think so, but should be reconfirmed with DD by reviewing the complete list. Austin from DD mentioned that APM logging config could pick up addition logs, but I don't know if that is true for us, or just an exceptional possibility?
  • Regarding POV, it would be good to try or understand each piece so we know what we need to do.
  • We can rely on DD or SRE support as needed.
  • We experimented with SLOs in New Relic only, so we can experiment or not with that here for now.
