As a followup to https://2u-internal.atlassian.net/browse/ARCHBOM-1790 , we would like to automate the process of creating these dumps going forward.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Github action creates new SQL files for devstack once a week
  • These new SQL files are merged into master if there are no test errors on the PR

Implementation Details

  • This might require adding a new flag to the scripts, such as: --do-not-use-database-dumps
  • Timebox this for 6 to 8 hours and if we are not finished, this ticket should be reprioritized.

The idea of this is desirable, but the implementation described may not align with the new devstack image approach. keeping the ticket around, but it will need to be updated accordingly.
