Extending tsup config like tsconfig extends?

I'm trying to reuse a config across different tsup.config.json files.
With tsconfig.json we can use extends, like:

{
  "extends": "./base-tsconfig.json"
}

Is there a similar pattern for tsup?
I want to avoid duplicating my config across multiple packages.
