Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

It would be nice to provide a Safe plugin ahead of the Agentathon, otherwise dozens of teams will have to re-implement the wheel

Describe the solution you'd like

  • proposing txs
  • executing txs queued by another owner
  • etc

Describe alternatives you've considered

  • building it myself

Additional context

  • Eliza is a sponsor of the Safe Agentathon, a new hackathon to build sovereign agents with the best AI x Crypto stacks, but it seems like no Safe connectors are provided
