LogFile does not output any text to the generated file when used on Windows.
Works fine on Linux.

After a bit of digging: Logging works fine provided it's not used from a shared library. There's an issue with using singletons from dlls which means that they aren't really singletons any more due to memory boundaries between shared libraries (on Windows only).
