Recently (and miraculously!) crates have actually been published to crates.io. This means we can get rid of all the Git-based dependencies being used right now.

Since we're on the polkadot-v1.0.0 branch right now I believe we're up to date enough to use them, but there is a small change that we'll have to bump to v1.1.0.
